Where a company or similar organisation using our products or services (the “Client”) has instructed us to assess an individual (the “Candidate”), the Client is the data controller and TalenX is a data processor.
Where we process the personal data of a representative of a Client for the purposes of accessing or ordering our products or services, TalenX is the data controller.
